The Gyros Lab opened in November 2024 and is located in Ceintuurbaan, De Pijp in Amsterdam. Since then, the restaurant has been serving quality interpretations of authentic Greek flavors to the Dutch population that like to explore new flavors and to the Greek population that want a reminder of their country.
