The Gyros Lab opened in November 2024 and is located in Albert Cuypstraat, in Amsterdam. Since then, the restaurant has been serving quality interpretations of authentic Greek flavors to the Dutch population that like to explore new flavors and to the Greek population that want a reminder of their country.

The Gyros Lab is designed with love and meraki, which is a Greek word that means the ‘essence of yourself’, by two young Greek people who were missing the flavors of their country. That is the restaurant represents Greek authenticity, and meraki.
